The Art Of Giving

Giving is a Key to Happiness So all this "giving" and "receiving" business gets very messy unless you are in politics or business or among very close relationships. The best perspective on giving and receiving is provided by Gibran's Prophet:"See first that you yourself deserve to be a giver, and an instrument of giving. For in truth it is life that gives unto life while you, who deem yourself a giver, are but a witness Giving or generosity is a very beautiful thing — it brings happiness to both the giver and the recipient. “The Lord Jesus himself said: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive’ ”

Giving is a beautiful art… let’s not think twice to offer help or give away something that you can offer. Even after accepting that giving is good and that one must learn to give, Rivers do not drink their own water, nor do trees eat their own fruit, nor do rain clouds eat the grains reared by them. The wealth of the noble is used solely for the benefit of others? "When the wealth in the house increases, when water fills a boat, Throw them out with both hands! This is the wise thing to do!Even after accepting that giving is good and that one must learn to give. When should one give? One does not know really whether one will be there tomorrow to give! The time to give therefore is now.

'How much to give? "Give as much as you can!! What to give? It is not only money that can be given. It could be a flower or even a smile. "You can give anything but you must give it with your heart!! Whom to give? "Give without being judgmental!!’How to give? 'Give quietly'!! While giving let not the recipient feel small or humiliated. What should one feel after giving?
Give and never regret giving! "Don't indulge in gift-giving as a means of outdoing one another but as a means of expressing and strengthening your relationship."

Give those who needed Love,
Give those who needed Shelter,
Give those who needed Prayers,
Give those who needed food and water
Give those who needed Peace and happiness
Give those who needed Clothes
Give those who needed A warm bed to sleep on Give to the poor, the victims of tsunamis, of wars and earthquakes, natural disasters.

Give time and focus to the things in your life that can make you happy
Give time and attention to making those around you happy.
Give time and attention to eliminating those elements of your life that are dragging you into the unhappiness mire

Give gifts of the heart: Love, kindness, joy, understanding, sympathy, tolerance, forgiveness.
Give gifts of the mind: Ideas, dreams, purposes, principles,
Give gifts of the spirit: Prayer, vision, beauty, aspiration, peace, faith.
Give the gift of words: Encouragement, inspiration, guidance
Give gift to your Friend…Loyalty.
Give gift to your Enemy…Forgivness
Give gift to your Boss…Service
Give gift to your Child…A good example
Give gift to your Parents…Gratitude & devotion
Give gift to your mate… love & faithfulness
To all men woman….Love.
To God… your Life.
