I am Jaishree. I am a teacher, blogger. I love teaching. I enjoy being with children. I believe in learning whether it is related to my work or not.... I am Ardent lover of nature, I love cooking, singing, browsing, blogging, gardening, reading, music and passionate about creative things around Me. ,   I am not so talkative person but I can easily smile to everybody. I can easily adjust to any working situation. am very Hardworking Person, and has lot of patience.

Starting out a little backwards in life, I started my teaching career in age of 18 while studying I have two degrees:

I have done dual degree. B.Com & B.A in Hindi. After my marriage I completed my D.Ed in Mumbai. I have done basic German language. I have little knowledge about Astrology.

I’m married with kids:

I have been married for 27 years now, We have one  son & one daughter. I feel that I am a complete woman already, I am daughter, a mother, a wife and a sister, I am very grateful to the Almighty for whatever I am now.

I work from home:

I am a Teacher who conducting coaching classes for past 16 yrs. . I am teaching students of various boards like, ICSE, SSC and CBSE Syllabus for secondary section. Sometimes also for the younger students. I tried to teach them in an interactive way. This teaching Profession gave me good Reorganization in Mumbai suburbs.

I own my own business:

For past 3 yrs Professionally Iam Making Home Made chocolates. I get personal orders in Mumbai  and various places corporate orders from  Mumbai.

Blogging:I stated my blogging  4 yrs back Myviews  is writing about My ramblings about life, people, nature and anything else that I find interesting. Few of my articles  became popular. I t gave me confidence in writing. After a year I started a food blog. Ruchi means ‘yum’ and ‘tasty .It is a collection Exotic Tastes of Authentic &Traditional Cuisine.I started this blog for my daughter who worked in delhi as a paying guest. She asked me for recipes for her I started this food blog. There are several wonderful food blogs out there, maintained by professionals as well as by very talented amateurs .I am not one among them. I am no expert by any means but the recipes posted on this site are tried and enjoyed by my family. It is an effort to recollect memories and food recipes that I have pleasurably eaten and cherished. I started blogging with no clue about food photography or rather photography in general.The initial pics were taken using my mobile phone. Now too I didn’t have expensive cameras for photography. Iam  using Kodak digital camera. Now I am learning about food Photography from fellow bloggers. I am happy to say this food blog is useful to not only my daughter; it is useful for her friends, colleagues, to my students and young married girls from my relative side.

I am very Spiritual Person. Bhakti blog is created to discuss the information about spirituality This blog consists The most important temples, mantras and stories related to spiritual whatever I know, I heard, I read through spiritual books will be described in this blog. All of it is a journal of my journey on the search for True Bhakti.

Narayaneeyam has its own efficacies like relief from illness, happy family life, good progeny and the good  fortune to be wealthy. One will attain good health, long life and realize one’s dreams if one chants these slokas with full awareness of their meaning.Whenever i am depressed or I am in worries I used to read Narayaneeyam . I read it so many times.When now I began to read again Narayaneeyam and it just occurred to me that Foe my children and for my students; especially  for young generation  I must translate Narayaneeyam into English, I began immediately I refer meaning for slogas from Late Brahmasree Sengalipuram Anantharama Deekshidar has given Bhagavatham and Narayaneeyam Discourses in Tamil. Learning the language of prayer is not very easy ......and that was the toughest lesson I learnt . I am not a scholar in Sanskrit. With Guruvayoorappan’s blessings i am trying to translate.

My Hobbies, Interests

Life without a hobby is like food without the salt. It is a hobby which makes living interesting. It is a pursuit outside one’s regular work. A hobby gives any one joy and pleasure;I have several Hobbies and Interests. They have developed over the years of my life. Apart from blogging My favorite hobbies are gardening, Painting , photography and birding.

Reading is one of my hobbies also; when I was a student I described myself as book-worm since I really love reading anything that caught my interest.  Now that I am a little bit busy, I have less time for books but I still reads a lot, I browse the internet of course because I am online daily.  So I still have time to read.   I considered this hobby of mine as an important one and played a great role in the development of my knowledge. I have a large collection of books of my own now, I usually spend hours reading and thinking about facts described in each kind of books. For me a good book is not only a true companion but also a well-experienced teacher guiding me through my life.

Music: I am very fond of music. When I am free, I often listen to my favorite songs. I learned carnatic Music in my childhood But I can’t able to continue. Later In my college life I learned bhajans and slogas. Still I have thirst to learn vocal & instrumental music.

Born with passion for arts, I engaged most of my vacant times in improving my skills in various fields of arts such as painting, gardening.I enjoy being active, staying fit, feeling well, and just being healthy.

Gardening gives me immense pleasure. When I saw seed sown by me growing into beautiful plants and blooming flowers, it gives me a great sense of fulfillment. I enjoy tendering my plants and watering my garden every day. It gives me satisfaction and helps in keeping myself active and busy. I grow flowers and vegetables in my garden. The greenery of plants and sweet fragrance of flowers are the tonics for eyes and mind. In a world full of tension and pollution, it is a great relief to see beautiful flowers and lovely plants.  I spend my free time in our small garden.. There are rose plants, hibiscus and morning glory.

I had always enjoyed being amidst nature. However, I had never given a serious thought into bird watching. Nevertheless, I always enjoy the chirping of the birds.Off late, I have started enjoying my new-found hobby - Birdwatching! It is kind of recreation for me

I’m an optimist: I believe the best is yet to come; My favorite quote being “Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery. Today is a gift. That’s why it is called the present.”
