Song of Life!

 Song of Life!

Somewhere deep within you

is a song

that plays softly, always...

A subtle melody of being,

a quiet, constant hum.

A song you can hear only if you're

very quiet, and very still...

It doesn't shout its presence,

but waits for ears to come.

It knows the rhythm of your heart,

the secrets of your soul;

A song of life, and dreams, and wisdom...

A call to adventure on a path

that's uniquely yours.

Take time to listen

to the song of your soul

and see where it leads you.

The Language of the Soul!

There are moments when life becomes a collision of chaos and quiet, when your heart whispers, “I need silence,” and your soul cries, “I need song,” Your soul speaks in the language of song, sound and silence. This is not merely a journey; it is a profound alignment of rhythm and rest, melody and stillness. Moving and flowing in different tones and spaces of silence and expanding sound, your soul continually creates and expresses the beauty.

There is a language that is like no other – it’s the language of the soul. The language that speaks to the very depths of my being that nourishes me – that calls to me. It’s a language that is special to me personal   that no one else can hear – for we all have a language – that touches our spirit – unique in its form – and speaking to us – whenever we choose to listen.

What is fascinating to me  is that ; that language – that speaks to my soul  is so rich and varied I hear it in so many things. This "language" is not spoken, but felt, and can be interpreted as the silent, persistent inner voice that guides you with wisdom and a quiet understanding of your path.

But I am so glad of the many other means by which my soul speaks – and I am learning more and more to ‘tune in’ – and listen.

For it’s important that  “Whatever it is that stirs my soul – I listen to that”.

A Journey Beyond Fear!

Fear: A poem by Khalil Gibran

I suppose one of the things about learning about fear, is that there is always more. I’ve known some of this in my life. Fear of failure, fear of rejection or fear that we’re just not enough – fear is a common current that runs through all of our lives.  The kind of fear that tenses my body. This fear is deeply rooted in our human psyche. We fear change because it threatens to dissolve the boundaries of who we think we are. We fear losing control, losing our sense of self, and becoming part of something we cannot comprehend. Recently I came across the Poem “Fear” By Kahlil Gibran However, Gibran reminds us that this fear is an illusion.

Khalil Gibran's poem ‘Fear’ is a simple and short poem, but it has a powerful message useful to our life.In this poem Khalil Gibran expresses his philosophical views to overcome fear in our lives. Through this poem, the Poet sends a powerful message to the generations of human beings who fear losing their Identity, fear to accept the changes and fear to face the challenges of life.

The poem “Fear” traces a river’s ultimate journey into the ocean The trembling river standing at the edge of the ocean is a perfect metaphor for the human experience of facing the unknown. It is a moment of hesitation that we all encounter when life invites us to grow beyond the boundaries of what we know.

The River's Journey:

The river’s journey mirrors our own life experiences, filled with challenges, growth, and familiar paths to overcome this fear, the river must take the risk of entering the ocean. It cannot go back; the journey forward is the only option. This act of courage is where transformation begins. By embracing the unknown, the river discovers that it does not disappear; instead, it becomes part of the ocean.

The Ocean's Vastness:

The ocean symbolizes the unknown, the future, and the potential for growth that lies beyond our comfort zones.

In this merging, it finds a new existence, a greater wholeness, and a profound sense of belonging. The little river has come a long way. She recognizes now that those paths she took all her life were easy. Those routes looked difficult then, but now looking back, she realizes with pride how she traversed. We look back at our lives and see the paths we have taken, the challenges we have overcome, and the beauty we have created.  It’s about realizing that when we take the risk to move forward despite our fears, we open ourselves to new possibilities and greater depths of experience.

Gibran's message is that the river doesn't disappear into the ocean; it transforms, becoming part of something greater. This mirrors how embracing the unknown can lead to personal growth and a But Gibran’s wisdom turns fear on its head. He teaches us that entering the ocean is not about disappearing but about becoming something infinitely greater.

Overcoming Fear: The river's decision to merge with the ocean highlights the importance of taking risks and embracing change to overcome fear and unlock new possibilities.

The river does not vanish; it transforms. It merges with the ocean and becomes part of something boundless and eternal. This is a lesson in trust; trusting the process of life, trusting the unknown, and trusting ourselves. We cannot go back. When we take the risk to merge with the unknown, we do not disappear. We become. And in becoming, we find that we are not small streams or separate rivers but the ocean itself; limitless, eternal, and whole.

As we journey through life…all the hesitation, the decision making, the looking back on what should’ve been or could’ve been. And yet some decisions are already made for us. We go forward not backwards. The river has no choice but to join the mighty sea, we don’t have a choice but to move forward and change what we feel need to be changed, embrace the rest and at the same time honour our past accept the gift that is the present and join the mighty sea that is the future. A tribute to overcoming the grasp of Fear...and moving...Forward...with Trust and Confidence!!

The breeze at dawn!

The breeze at dawn has secrets to tell you.
Don’t go back to sleep.
You must ask for what you really want.
People are going back and forth across the door sill
where the two worlds touch.
The door is round and open.
Don’t go back to sleep.
~Rumi
There is such a beautiful message of Jelaluddin Rumi, the 13th century mystic poet, was truly one of the most passionate and profound poets in history.

I love this poem... it is a great source for beautiful inspiration. The word "The breeze at dawn H as secrets to tell you "really captured me and it’s just so beautiful. It will inspire me to get out of bed at that magical time of day. This poem enters my mind and-it reminds me to make the most of my day, to be positive and to be assertive. I love the personification of The Breeze and the concept of the where the two worlds touch. The door is round and open.It fills me with encouragement and excitement. When I’m trying to figure out how to determine my life purpose and what I want to do  this message  helps me
.
I have been an early riser since I was a child. No need for an alarm my sleep patterns settled into a natural rhythm. In morning times I made time for walk, meditative prayer and exercise and consequently found I was able to complete important tasks early in the day and maintain focus. I believe in the magic of the early mornings. Away from the noise and pollution of the city, the home makes a favorite stay for a person like me who respect nature and knows to appreciate its beauty. I still am blessed to be closer to nature. Early morning I go for a walk. Watching early each sunrise brings a lovely surprise. Every day I feel It is a chance for new beginning. Remaining calm time Watch the sun is starting to rise. We can see a spot of light at the horizon, as if the sun is rising right out of the hill. I See the light growing as the sun begins to rise above the horizon. Small streaks of light shine into the sky, as the sky grows lighter and lighter with the growing dawn.

( This Pic was taken near my home)
A soft gentle breeze crosses my face might stir my emotions. I look around and enjoy the quietness of God's peace and the soft gentle pace. The trees are in full bloom, the leaves ready to fall. See the birds that are active early in the morning. Some fly overhead... some are already diving into the water looking for fish. Other birds simply sit quietly. They are enjoying the dawn as well. Everything around you seems to be waking up. Getting ready for a lovely day.I can feel some peaceful waves calm my mind and Rejuvenate  my senses I soak in the sunshine and warm gentle breezes Every day.

As the sun comes up and begins a new day I feel the power of that creative energy... It is like a bunch of whole new things..I realized the Rumi’s word The breeze at dawn Has secrets to tell you Then I hear Rumi saying: You must ask for what you really want.”This sounds so simple, but to ask “what [we] really want?” can be extremely difficult. We may never have asked this basic question of ourselves,. What do I want? What must I do to have it? How would I feel when I have it? So, I must know to ask what I really want  that  Makes  me Happy!

where the two worlds touch; the door is round and open.
These two  lines are portrait beautiful to me,. May we consider the beauty, love, and the wonder life has to offer; may we choose our paths based on what feels right and good and true to our souls The door is round and open and it will be a some sort of gateway to God is how these lines feel to me.
So;The breezes at dawn  It have Lot secrets to tell you.
Don’t go back to sleep!
