When I Asked God For....

“God allows us to experience the low points of life in order to teach us lessons we could not learn in any other way. The way we learn those lessons is not to deny the feelings but to find the meanings underlying them.” Stanley Linquist

I Asked God for Strength He Gave Me Difficult Situations to Face
I asked for courage and God gave me dangers to overcome
I asked for patience God placed me in situations where I was forced to wait
I asked for love and God gave me troubled people to help
I asked for favors and God gave me opportunities
I asked for wisdom and God gave me problems to solve
I asked God to grant me love to help me feel alive; He showed me orphans
I asked God richness to own everything: I was given poverty, that I might be wise;
I asked Him Power because men would need me He has given me humiliation because I would need them.
I asked God to Free me of Pain; God gave me sufferings to go far away from the world and make nearer to him.
I asked God to give me happiness. God give his blessings and said Happiness is up to you.
I asked God everything to enjoy life: He has left me my life because I could appreciate everything.
I asked for power, that I might have the praise of man, I was given weakness, and that I might feel the need of God;
I asked God to grant me hope to hold trust in humanity he asked me learn to get along together
I asked for favors and God gave me opportunities; I received nothing I wanted I received everything I needed.
I was given life, that I might enjoy all things. I got nothing that I asked for, but everything I had hoped for, God Gave Me Nothing I Wanted ;He Gave Me Everything I Needed.My unspoken prayers were answered.

O God, I thank You for this day of life and for a mind to think about and appreciate the magic of everyday miracles for a spirit to swell in joy at Your mighty presence everywhere.I'll offer You thanks, my Creator, for the gifts You've yet to repeal; for walking and vision and laughter, for music, and dreams that seem real, for people who love me and seasons that change, for my body's own memories of love, and I'll sit here and pray in the darkness, for all the good it does.

“God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.”Rein hold Niebuhr

thats such a humble post dear.. we get things in life according to our needs and only when we deal successfully with them, we realize the true meaning of all the problems and worries on our way.
